We understand that occasionally, situations may arise where a return is necessary. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established a clear and comprehensive return policy outlined below.
Return Criteria
Items can be returned if they meet the following criteria:

| Item Condition | The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and undamaged, with all tags and packaging intact. |
| Timeframe | The refund time starts from the day the item is validated that it has been received at the pickup station. A return request must be initiated within 48 hours from the date of delivery. |
| Reason for Return | The reason for the return must be indicated and must align with the accepted criteria outlined in this return policy. If the reason for returning the item cannot be validated, such item will not be accepted back and a refund will not be processed. |
| Approval | The return or replacement is subject to approval by the Splitmulti's customer service team. |
| Return Shipping | The customer will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on the part of the vendor. |
| Refund Method | Refunds may be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, or as store credit, depending on the customer's preference and in line with our policies. Most refunds are made 2 days after we receive and process your return. |
| Refund Amount | Splitmulti will only refund the cost of the product itself. Charges and delivery fees will not be refunded. |
| Replacement Availability | For replacements, the vendor may send the same item if available, or a similar item may be offered as a replacement if the item is unavailable. |
| Exclusions | Certain items or categories may be excluded from the refund or replacement policy due to hygiene reasons, customization, or other factors outlined in the return policy. |
Return Process
To initiate a return process, simply log in to your Splitmulti account. Navigate to 'My Orders' and choose the item you wish to return. Click on 'Return this Item' and follow the provided instructions. Be sure to specify the reason for the return and provide details about the product's condition.
Reasons for Return

| Wrong Size/Color | The item received doesn't match the size or color ordered. |
| Defective or Damaged | The item is defective, damaged, or not functioning properly upon receipt. |
| Inaccurate Description | The item received doesn't match the description provided on the website. |
| Fake or Counterfeit | The item is discovered to be fake, counterfeit, or not genuine. |
| Incomplete Item | Only part of the item or order was received. |
| Packaging Damage | The packaging of the item is damaged, affecting the product's integrity. |
Kindly note that items that can and cannot be returned are stated based on category specifics.
Refund
- I.For refunds of returned items, we will process your refund after the items are received and pass quality inspection.
- II.If the returned item is used or damaged, has missing parts/accessories, or damaged due to improper packaging during return shipping, and this is not due to Splitmulti or the seller, the refund will be reduced to compensate for the lost value of the item.
- III.Refunds of missing items: Find the corresponding order in the support center, then select "missing item/parts" to apply for a refund, or contact customer service/the seller for help.
- IV.Refunds of a package showing as delivered but not received: Find the corresponding order in the support center, then select "package shows delivered but not received" to apply for a refund, or contact customer service/the seller for help.
- V.Depending on your financial institution, refund can take up to 7 business days credited to your original payment account. The original shipping fee and import tax are not refundable if your return is not a result of Splitmulti's error.
Refunds to Splitmulti's Credit
- ✓Refunds to Splitmulti credit are faster than your original payment method
- ✓Splitmulti credit have no expiration date
- ✓Refunds to Splitmulti Credit typically cannot be reversed once they are processed
- ✓Splitmulti credit cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used for purchases on Splitmulti
